Fraudulent Orders

If we suspect that a customer's order is high risk of fraud, we may contact the customer for a form of proof.

If we find that there are too many indicators during our investigation that suggest that the order is high risk of fraud, your order may be canceled.  

False Chargebacks 

If we suspect that a customer is filing for a false chargeback, Shopify and the customer's bank will be notified immediately and an investigation will take place to dispute it. Legal action may be taken.
